Cancellation Policy
We are flexible and deal directly with our patrons, most issues are resolved with due timeliness and mutual respect. As a policy we do require a 14 day prior booking commitment for proper reservations and programing, additionally a 7 day period is reserved for any rescheduling or alternate day booking notices. If necessary to cancel your booking you must do so 3 days before the reservation to avoid a non-refundable fee.
